Employee fundraising

We ask all our corporate partners to raise vital funds to help us sustain and grow our support for young people.  With many employees working remotely we’re full of fundraising ideas for your staff away from the office, from quiz nights to coffee & cake breaks. Please click here for fundraising ideas.

£350 could help 30 young people to get their first jobs

£1,100 could provide 1:1 confidence-building coaching to 100 students

£4,000 could enable us to deliver three life-changing Insight Days

Employee volunteering

We look for corporate volunteers from all walks of life to bring insights, skills and experience from their working lives to help change the future for less advantaged young people.  Our partners’ staff volunteers give hundreds of hours of their time to support young people with career and education choices, building confidence and life skills.

We know that employees’ volunteering time can be limited, but with MyBigCareer they can make a difference with just an hour or two of their time, remotely or in person depending on the role. Read more about our latest volunteering roles here or ask Tom@mybigcareer.org for more info.

Insight Days

Shine a bright light on your industry.

We’re looking for leading employers to host Insight Days for young people to hear from inspiring professionals, learning about a wide range of industries.  Right now we’re planning webinars for companies to deliver with our schools partners, moving to in-office sessions once social distancing guidelines allow.  We’d love to have your company on board Tom@mybigcareer.org can tell you more.
